FBLA stands for the Future Business Leaders of America. Their mission is to inspire and prepare students to become community-minded business leaders within their society. FBLA focuses on leadership development, academic competitions, and community service opportunities to achieve their goal. As a new chapter, NCCTC FBLA’s goal is to instill these values and attributes within all its members.
The NCCTC FBLA frequently partners with the NCHS JROTC in community service at the food bank. Community service is a vital part of FBLA, as it frequently encourages service amongst its members. Many members firmly believe in bettering their community through action.
Remember, you do NOT have to be going into a business field to join! In fact, most members plan to enter fields such as nursing, psychology, and journalism, just to name a few. You will be at home amongst your fellow, motivated members.
The NCCTC FBLA chapter will end their recruitment drive this Friday, November 13. If you would like to improve your leadership abilities, career prospects, and your community, contact Mrs. Cooper (firstname.lastname@example.org) or one of the officers. We look forward to having you as part of our organization!
