Super Leadership Day is a conference that is held annually through the West Virginia Association of Student Councils. This year’s conference was hosted by Buckhannon-Upshur High School on Tuesday, December 10. During this event, many West Virginia student council members met to discuss what is going on at each high school. They participated in ice breaker activities to get to know one another and learned various ways to be a good leader. Mrs. Lusk, Nicholas County High School’s student council advisor, chaperoned the sixteen students who went to the conference. Kinley Epperley stated, “It was a great learning experience; I had fun and got to meet many new people.”
