Coach Connie Rader and the cheer team are anticipating a successful cheer season with a lot of new faces. They’re planning on making it through the 2019-2020 season and competition with outstanding performances.

Coach Rader said, “The girls need to better themselves, but have fun while doing it.” She also said the girls need to do their absolute best this year.

With new faces on the team, it’s going to take time and effort to get everyone in the same mindset. Freshman cheerleader Skyler Nash said, “Staying patient is key.”

The girls have split seasons. They have football and basketball season; they choose to cheer either one or both. This year, the team will travel to Martinsburg on November 9, 2019 to compete at 6 p.m. They also have another competition in November, but at this time, the date has yet to be announced.
